  Meh. Was not either impressed or disappointed. Had the beef chimi and nothing worth raving about. Being generous giving the 3 stars, more like 2 1/2. I may go back if I am over that way but have better options in town.

  We used to stop here every Friday for our usual.
  We like the simple of their menu. Carne Asada burrito, quesadilla.
  Never have liked eating inside,,, pretty dirty and disgusting to be inside. Usually take it to go. But our usual was always good. But as of today, we have found the manager has changed to a cheaper, gross cheese. We have asked for the regular cheese, but have been refused.
  We will not be coming back.
  Customer service has always been, off. You have to actually stand inside this place to get the right order. Every time we have ordered from the window, get home, it's wrong.

  Ill keep it simple. Rude, lazy, orders are always wrong, when you ask for limes peppers or extra sauce they always fight you on it, and the food just gets dirtier and dirtier. But most of this would be fixed if they werent such a$$holes.
  
  No joke... ordered 4 burritos and got a single spoon as silverware... there are more employees than there are braincells in that building

  This is the worst place ever, they have ZERO clue what customer service is and they act like your in the wrong for asking, worst attitude ever
  Won't ever come back.
  Tell the lady at the window to learn respect and to lose the faces she makes at you.
  Horrible
  Please nobody go here so they can learn the value in treating their customers with some respect.

  I just moved here from Los Angeles. As I approached the counter a (Mexican customer) is ordering and the male and female employees are delightfully friendly with him. I reach the counter to order and....the customer service went down the Tijuana sewer (a hole). They frowned at me said "what do you want?" No smile, no please, no thank you, no friendly service at all. Look Alvaro's if you don't like "white folk" and you are RACIST,.... don't take our money and get the hell out of Utah and go back to California, we would love it!!!!!
